Shipping Policy:

All orders are aimed to be shipped within 1 - 3 days Monday – Friday, 9 am – 4pm PST (dependent on stock levels).

Please allow for more time during peak season (Black Friday, Cyber Monday)

Shipping Carriers:

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Order Tracking:

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using the "Economy Untracked" will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates:

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.

International:

International customers may be charged taxes/duties by your local local customs office. The charges will vary country to country and are dependent on a range of factors - to find out more, we recommend contacting the relevant authority for your location. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and Truegripco will not be held responsible for these.

If you choose not to pay taxes and duties payable upon import and your package is returned to us, you will be eligible to receive a refund for the value of your product - you will not be refunded the shipping fee.

Truegripco does not guarantee specific delivery times. We are not liable for any delayed, lost, damaged or stolen items. Once we fulfil and send out your order it is out of our hands and control. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our base in Christchurch, New Zealand.
